There are two areas where online security is important.
1. Registration details and password
When registering in order to place an order, your password will be encrypted and remain secret. You should
never divulge it to anybody. Anyone who knows your password can access your account. Do not write down
your passwords. When creating a password, use at least eight characters (a combination of letters and numbers
is best). Do not use dictionary words, your name, or other personal information that can be easily obtained. You
should change your password frequently. If using a public computer (such as in an Internet cafe) always log
out when you've finished.
If you have forgotten your password, click the 'forgotten password' link and enter your email address.
2. Credit card details
The payment part of your transaction is handled via a secure SSL server.
The card details are fully encrypted. EU law protects you against fraudulent use of your payment card in EU
transactions. Many credit card companies also provide additional protection.
Please remember never to answer or click on any email you receive asking you to divulge your card or PIN
